I was contacted by musician Zac Fisher who wanted to have some photos taken for his upcoming album release "Sentimental Ballads". This is the photo the Zac chose to use. It was a great pleaser to work with Zac. Check his music out on Spotify.
Seeing the final cover reminded me of the night I spent in a tiny downtown studio, sketching ideas for a friend's EP. We had only a single lamp, a battered tape recorder, and a wall plastered with old concert posters. The way the colors bleed into each other on Zac Fisher’s album art sparked the memory of how we tried to capture that same raw, almost tactile vibe with cheap acrylics and a splash of neon marker. I remember the thrill when we finally stepped back and realized the chaos actually felt intentional, just like the layered textures in this design.
